Reviews and Ratings
I had a remarkable stay at this hotel, where I felt truly cared for by the staff. The breathtaking views from my room made my time here unforgettable, but I encountered some issues, especially with the dining options and a few other amenities that could definitely be improved.
I booked this hotel because it was budget-friendly, but I quickly regretted my choice. The location is not great, with hardly any dining options nearby, and I had a very noisy stay due to thin walls. To make matters worse, I was charged twice on my credit card and faced an unresponsive reception when trying to resolve the issue. Definitely not a good experience.
While the hotel offers a decent standard for the price, it comes with its downsides, like small rooms and a somewhat distant location. The shuttle service to the MTR station is frequent, which is helpful for getting around. However, the dining options leave much to be desired, especially for breakfast. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some positives but not the best choice for everyone.
The hotel offers decent value for the price, with a good location just a short ride from the Metro station. However, I faced several issues with room comfort and service responsiveness. While the AirCon and views were impressive, the dining experience and overall service could use significant improvement.
My stay here was far from pleasant. The hotel was unclean and often crowded, with a barely functioning air-conditioner in a cramped room. The soundproofing was terrible, and we encountered issues like roaches and non-working amenities. On the flip side, we did manage to get a different room, which was slightly better, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
The hotel is quite pricey for what you get, with small rooms that felt cramped and not particularly clean. There is a market complex in the basement for some convenience, and the hotel offers regular buses to the nearest MRT station, which is a plus. However, I would recommend staying closer to Kowloon or Tsim Sha Tsui for better access to attractions and shopping.
My stay here was less than ideal, with significant cleanliness issues and rude staff. The room I was given was tiny, making it tough to relax. While the air conditioning worked well, the beds were rock hard, guaranteeing a sore back. To top it off, my bathroom was not only cramped but the overall maintenance was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
